![]() The DLC for this game is all just cosmetic items that make your character look a little different. But all the quests are pretty simple to follow once you get started on them, the in-game quest journal has really nice descriptions of what you're trying to do for each one. In particular, I found ttwo quests hard to find the starting points and there were two that I found BY ACCIDENT which, according to comments in the forums, a lot of people miss. So my walkthrough will guide you through the game one step at a time. But there are a few side quests that can be a bit tricky to start because you won't even see the request for them unless you go to a certain place at a certain time with certain items in your backpack. The game is pretty straightforward, once you get used to the controls. It also has a few things that make it seem like they were planning to add additional dungeons and more boss fights, probably another week of in-game content (about 10 more real-world hours). So the game isn't really incredibly long, but it is intended to be played about an hour or two at a time so you can make it last over the span of a couple of weeks that way. But if you take your time, play casually, and spend a while doing 100% of EVERYTHING, it might take about 50% longer than that. It seems you can complete the game in about 30 in-game days if you really rush through it, this amounts to roughly 25 hours in the real world. ![]() I've played through the game three times now. Most of your time will be spent slaying monsters to collect the items they drop, which you need for weapon and armor upgrades, while you explore the world and help people out with some side quests. There are a few quests that require you to bring some veggies that you grow yourself to someone, but aside from that the farming aspect is totally optional. The farming is only there to make food that will restore your health, and make food to sell for profit that you can then spend on upgrades to your weapons and armor. ![]() Some people will call it a "farming simulator" but really the focus is not on farming but on the exploration and finishing the quests.
